Terms of use
These terms cover the website at adiram.net only. Our apps are separate products, each with its own terms and privacy policy which you accept inside the app or on its own site — nothing here changes those, and nothing there changes these.
The short version
Read the site, link to it, quote it with credit. Do not pass our work off as your own or attack the site. Nothing on these pages is a contract for work — that gets written separately — and where something goes wrong, our liability is limited to what the law allows.
Using this site
You are welcome to:
- read these pages, and link to any of them
- quote short extracts, with attribution and a link back
- share them with anyone you like
Please do not:
- attempt to disrupt the site or gain unauthorised access to it
- use it to distribute anything unlawful
- copy whole pages, or present our writing or design as your own
Our content
The text, design, logos, product names and images on this site belong to Adiram unless stated otherwise. Using the Adiram name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse, or are connected with, something we are not needs our written permission first.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and current, particularly the product descriptions. Even so, it is provided as-is: features and availability can change, and nothing here is a warranty or a binding offer. Anything we agree on for a specific piece of work will be set out in a separate written agreement, and that agreement takes precedence over this site.
Links out
Where we link to third-party sites, such as the Google Play Store, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Adiram is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one in force, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
