Color Cascade: Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the mobile game Color Cascade ("the Game"), published by Adiram Technologies ("we"), handles and how it is used. In short: Color Cascade is a puzzle game that works offline. We (Adiram) never receive your personal data. The only request the Game makes to a server we run is to download a public list of other Adiram apps and games for the "More" screen. Your progress is stored on your phone and, if you sign in to Google Play Games, in your own Google account. Free players see ads from Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising ID as described below. Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play.
1. Who we are
Color Cascade (the "Game") is developed and published by Adiram Technologies ("Adiram", "we", "us"), a software studio based in India. This policy applies to the Color Cascade Android app.
2. Information stored on your device
Completed levels, stars, best move counts, your hint balance, chosen theme and settings (music, sound, haptics, colour symbols) are saved in a file on your device. This file is not sent to us.
What we do not collect. We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, precise location, or any other personal information, and the Game requests no special Android permissions beyond internet access (needed for ads, sign-in, cloud save, purchases and the "More" screen).
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version shows full-screen ads between some levels and optional reward ads (you choose to watch one for an extra undo or hint). Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect:
- your device's advertising ID (which you can reset or delete in Android settings);
- IP address (used to estimate approximate location), device and app information such as model, OS version and app version;
- ad interaction data (for example whether an ad was shown or tapped) and diagnostic/crash information about ads.
This information is collected and processed by Google, not by Adiram. See how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Premium removes interstitial ads.
Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland): before any ads are requested, the Game shows Google's consent message so you can choose whether ads may be personalised. You can change your choice any time in Settings → Ad privacy options.
4. In-app purchases
Color Cascade Premium is a one-time purchase processed by Google Play. Payment details are handled by Google; we never see them. The Game only receives confirmation from Google Play that Premium is owned, so it can unlock Premium features and restore them on your other devices.
5. Google Play Games (if enabled)
If you sign in with Google Play Games, Google provides the Game with your Play Games player ID and display name so it can show that you are signed in. Your game progress (the same data as 2.1) is backed up with Google Play Games "Saved Games", which stores it in your Google account so you can continue on a new phone or after reinstalling. This data is held by Google under the Google Privacy Policy; Adiram cannot access it. You can play without signing in, and you can delete Play Games data for this game from the Google Play Games app.
6. Other Adiram apps and games
The "More" screen shows other apps and games published by Adiram. When you open it, the Game downloads a public list (app
names, short descriptions, Google Play package names and icon images) from adiram.net, a website operated by Adiram and
hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. No personal information is sent with this request and the list is the same for everyone. As with
any website, the hosting service may record your IP address and device/browser details in routine server logs for security and
reliability; we do not use these to identify you or to build a profile. The downloaded list and icons are saved on your device so
the screen works offline. These entries are our own apps; they are not advertisements and you are not paid or rewarded for
installing anything. Tapping Get opens that app's page in Google Play, where Google's terms and privacy policy apply.

8. Children
Color Cascade is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Your choices and rights
- Play without signing in, or sign out in the Google Play Games app.
- Change ad consent in Settings → Ad privacy options (where required), and reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.
- Buy Premium to remove interstitial ads.
- Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Because Adiram holds no personal data about you, such requests about ads, sign-in or purchases should go to Google; we are happy to help — contact us below.
10. Data retention and deletion
Progress on your device stays until you clear the app's data or uninstall the Game. Cloud saves stay in your Google account until you delete them from Google Play Games. Advertising data retention is set by Google.
11. Security
All communication with Google services and with adiram.net uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). The Game does not send your progress, purchases or any personal data to Adiram; its only request to an Adiram website is downloading the public app list described in section 6.
12. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, mention it in the Game's store listing.
